Since the age of seven, Ashlee has successfully competed in the hunter, jumper and equitation divisions. Ashlee is currently competes in the Jr/Am 1.40m, as well as the CET and Jump Canada Medals. As well as competing in Canada, Ashlee has also had the priviledge of riding at international events to represent Canada. Her experience in riding has led her to have the opportunity to stunt double in movies involving horses, such as Anne of Green Gables and Amelia. Highlights include: Jump Canada Medal winner at the 2012 Royal Winter Fair Competed in a Chlidren’s FEI competition in Caracas, Venezuela in 2010 with excellent results Received the Style Award in Caracas, Venezuela in 2010 Competed in a Children’s FEI competition in Quito, Ecuador in 2008, placing 2nd, 4th and 8th OHJA season champion and reserve champion awards in 2009, 2008, 2007 Reserve champion at the Royal Winter Fair in 2008 with Goldstar Ashlee Steffens Jacqueline began riding competetively at the age of 10. She is currently competing at the Grand Prix level, as well as bringing along a number of young horses. In addition to competing at the provicial and national level, Jacqueline has represented Canada at a number of international events. Highlights include: OHJA Leading Junior Rider Award in 2012, 2011 and 2010 Representing Canada at the North American Young Riders Championship in Kentucky in 2013 and as a Junior in 2011 and 2012 Jr/Am 1.40m OHJA season champion in 2012 and 2011 with Quercus Van Generhese 2012 season champion of the Young Horse Series’ 5 Year Old division Reserve champion at the Royal Winter Fair in 2011 in High Amateur Jumper division with Quercus 1st place finish in High Amateur Jumper division at the Royal Winter Fair in 2010 Representing Canada in Spruce Meadows at the FEI International Childrens Championship and in Ecuador, where she finished on the podium, in 2006 and 2008 repectively OHJA season champion awards in 2010, 2009, 2008, and 2006 as well as numerous OHJA season reserve champion awards Jacqueline Steffens Ashlee’s Film Career
